Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2's post credit scene left us with a huge teaser that Adam Warlock was going to be entering the MCU in the next installment of the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. Now, we finally have a confirmation that Marvel Studios and director James Gunn do plan on following up with their post credit teaser of HIM aka Adam Warlock.
A couple of days ago, I reported that there were rumors going around that actor Will Poulter had been cast as Adam Warlock. Now, those rumors are confirmed by none other that James Gunn himself. In a reply to an article by Deadline stating that Will Poulter had been cast by Marvel Studios to play Adam Warlock, James Gunn confirmed this to be true.
Will Poulter has starred in films such as: The Revenant, We're the Millers, The Chronicles of Narnia and The Maze Runner. Will certainly will make a fine addition to the MCU, making his debut as Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3!
