Star Wars: Kevin Feige Finds His Writer For His Star Wars Film

Disney and Lucasfilm have announced many new Star Wars films and trilogy's coming in the near future, but fans are freaking out over a more recent Star Wars film announcement. It has been revealed that Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios and Cheif Creative Officer of Marvel as a whole, will be developing a Star Wars film.


In an exclusive report from Deadline, they have revealed that not only is Kevin Feige set to take on a new Star Wars film, but he has found his writer, Michael Waldron. Deadline stated on their site:

"Sources tell Deadline Waldron has been set to write a new Star Wars feature film that Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, will develop and produce for Lucasfilm and Disney."


Waldron is no stranger to Kevin Feige and Disney. He was hired to write Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and is serving as head writer and exec producer on the upcoming Disney+ series Loki, and is rumored to be returning for season 2 of Loki.


Kevin Feige has certainly been extremely successful with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, bringing us the highest grossing film of all time, Avengers Endgame. He has successfully managed over 22 films that are all interconnected to each other and brought them together in a way that the world had never seen. Needless to say, fans are very excited for this Star Wars film and are excited to see what Kevin Feige can do with a shot at Star Wars.
