Chris Evans is and was our beloved Captain America, but is he truly done with the MCU? Marvel fans should never count actors out of returning to the MCU even when their characters are seemingly dead, or even straight up die. Thanks to the Multiverse there are plenty of options of seeing actors play their roles or different roles in the MCU. We seemingly just got hinted of Chris Evans appearing in Deadpool 3. Alex P. who is an insider from Cosmic Circus was posting another update with Deadpool 3 as he talked about Wanda Maximoff-838 appearing in "Deadpool & Wolverine: Mother’s Home." He further tweeted about how this was not the official title and it was simply a gag title. However, the information he stated, he did not say it was a joke. With the comment about the gag title he posted another gif, but this time of Chris Evans and stating "By that logic, I could call it Deadpool & Wolverine: Daddy’s Home" https://twitter.com/AlexFromCC/status/1674829981434757129?s=20 Mother was for Elizabeth Olsen returning to the MCU in one of Alex's prior tweets. Now, with this tweet where he calls the gag title "Deadpool & Wolverine: Daddy's Home", the "Daddy" he is referring to would be Chris Evans as it matches his gif, and aligns with the prior gif of Elizabeth Olsen in his other tweet. If Chris Evans ends up actually being in Deadpool 3, a lot of fans are speculating that he will make an appearance as the Human Torch, but not as Captain America. Given that we know some details about the multiverse and how we can see actors play different characters but still exist at the same time in Marvel because of the multiverse, this is definitely a possibility. This would be absolutely hilarious for Marvel to do, in like manner if anyone is to pull this off it would be Deadpool. Time will tell if we end up seeing Chris Evans or even Elizabeth Olsen in Deadpool 3, as it currently has a release date of May 3, 2024.
