Superman: Legacy is one, if not the biggest DC project that fans are looking forward to in the James Gunn's new DC Universe. We now officially have are Clark Kent who will be played by David Corenswet, and Lois Lane by Rachel Brosnahan. There is a new hero that has joined the ranks of Superman: Legacy and that is Metamorpho. This news comes from The Hollywood Reporter and lets fans know that Anthony Carrigan will be playing the elemental master Metamorpho. In talking with THR about playing the character he said, “This character from what I’ve learned of the source material, he didn’t like the way he looked, and I can really relate to that... You know, when he got his powers he thought it was a curse. That’s something that I really felt as well. In my case, I turned it around and saw it as a blessing. So I’m excited to bring that to the table with this character.” Superman: Legacy will release in theaters on July 11, 2025. Fans are really excited that the DC Universe is starting to get filled with some amazing super heros that will have a great impact for DC overall so hopefully things will only get better for DC from here on out.
