With the mid season patch update changing things up pretty significantly in League of Legends, the League team is now trying to fine tune aspects of the game that need some fixing with this latest patch. Not to mention they also have a brand new wave of Shan Hai Scroll Chromas skins for some champions, and they do not disappoint. The champions that received Shan Hai Scroll Chromas are Bard, Kog’ Maw, Lillia, and Tahm Kench. Many fans can remember the old days where the chromas were simply changing the color of the outfit of the champion and nothing else. Now League has gone even further with animation and players are not upset about it. https://twitter.com/leagueoflegends/status/1669072213876563970?s=12&t=VHKepaiyAkh5oy7Oi_ql6Q Patch 13.12 is upon League of Legends players, as we see a variety of nerfs to many champions with this latest update. Nerf takeaways, Gragas passive “happy hour” is now a 12 second cooldown instead of 8. K’ Sante’s E cooldown “footwork” has been increased by 1.5 seconds. Kha’zix base attack damage decreased by 3, so is now 60. Kog’maw W “bio-arcane barrage” percentage decreased by .5. Some other champions that got nerfed are Lulu, Milio, Rell, Yuumi, and Zeri. Now, onto more of the opposing side with champion buffs. Ashe has a big damage buff since she got an increase in 2 of her abilities, as well as passive. Gangplank’s “powder keg” is now on a scaling cool down reduction rate. kai’sa has her base attack damage growth increased by .6. Nasus will now have more life steal and scaling cool down reduction on his ultimate bases off of rank. Prisms is now better able to wombo combo with her ultimate, as it has had a damage increase. Ryze gets more mana and E “spell flux” missile speed increased as well as damage. Also, Siver takes a hit with a decrease in growth damage, but W’s “ricochet” bonus damage is increased. Two “adjusted” champions are Lucian, and Rumble. Lucian’s passive damage has been decreased, but activation conditions “ally immobilization” has given him more suitable way of playing. Rumble has a decrease in both base health and base health regeneration. However, Rumble has his health growth increased, as well as some tweaks to his W and Passive. As far as items go, a lot of items are within the “systems”. Ardent censer, Bloodthirster, Dusckblade, Galeforce, Immortal Shieldbow, and more have all had stat changes. Don’t forget about the jungle monsters because Riot didn’t, they even adjusted the Red Buff. Big red basically got nerfed all around, slow, health regeneration, and damage have all been decreased. ARAM has also been thrown into this patch with a variety of champions being needed and buffed. This latest patch will definitely try its best to balance out the overall gameplay in League of Legends. One thing is for sure, the game will continuously change and everyone will have mixed feelings about it.
